hCaptcha APIs Elevated Latency on lower plans

hCaptcha Recognition and Token APIs are at capacity due to an unknown hardware failure reducing available compute. WORKAROUND: We use a Priority Queue system where higher plans have priority over lower plans. Upgrading your subscription will give you better reliability during capacity issues.
